Yes. Change your plan from the billing portal in your account — the limits are the same on all three, so only your billing cadence and price change.
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in your account — no email required. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account returns to Free.
Audio and video: MP3, MP4, M4A, MOV, AAC, WAV, OGG, OPUS, MPEG, MPG, WMA and WMV. Free allows up to 30 minutes per file; Pro allows up to 300 minutes or 2 GB per file.
